Using a maternity pillow to rest during an attack
Tip from @brainfogdaily_lr on Lemon8. · Read the original post
@brainfogdaily_lr found that a full-body maternity pillow helped them stay comfortable while lying completely still during an attack, even though they had never been pregnant. They shared that the pillow wedged securely between their knees and supported their lower back. Standard bed pillows stacked between knees and back
Rolled blankets or towels
Good to know
Keep your neck neutral and supported — a pillow that tilts your head can add tension. During an attack even soft fabric can feel irritating on sensitive skin, so choose a smooth, cool cover. Adjust or stop if anything feels worse.
